This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The bottom has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
I was meant to be a photographer. My great grandfather was a National Geographic photographer and a cinematographer for Metro Pictures. My grandmother was raised on Sunset Boulevard, appearing in many silent pictures, including Birth of a Nation. My cousin Marlene was a Cosmo cover girl. My mother is a painter. I grew up with a deep appreciation for beauty, glamour and people with character. I’ve always had the gift of seeing spatial relationships and how light falls on a subject. Even when I don’t touch a camera or make exposures, I “see” photographs everywhere.
I have BA degrees in Photojournalism and Cultural Anthropology. I’m an observer of people. I’ve spent the last nine years becoming certified in every digital imaging, video editing, animation, web and desktop design software I could find classes for. Photoshop is my favorite and most mastered. Since I found those Playboys under my parent’s bed, I’ve been a huge fan of Fernando Vargas. I had a lot of fun converting my pinup images into illustrations.
I have 30 years experience as a photographer, photo-restoration pro, graphic artist, desktop publisher, website designer and video production editor.
